ex-communicated

I really, really like my family. I mean sure, I love them, but I also really like them.

Which has got me thinking today about a facebook friend who is ex-communicated from her family. I don't get that.

What would I have to do to get to the point where my family wanted nothing to do with me?

I'm not sure which I find harder to imagine... me doing something that would cause my family to not want me or my family ever getting to the point where they didn't want me. Sure, I'm a worthless pain in the ass, but I'm THEIR worthless pain in the ass.

Anyways, it just made me feel extra grateful for my family today. Love you!
