I knocked my nalgene bottle of water off of my bedside table this morning.

I watched in horror as it plummeted face down towards my electric heating pad that was sitting on the floor.

And then, by some miracle, or perhaps the force of my will, it landed in my trash can. Which is full of old kleenex, which soaked up all the water!

Disaster averted!
